Join Brad Lester every Thursday for Tai Chi. This is a gentle exercise class, specifically geared for Seniors. Many exercise can be completed sitting in a chair. This class is presented in conjunction with PC MARC. There is a $3 fee ($2.50 for 10-punch card) that is paid directly to the instructor before class. No signup is necessary, just show up. If you are also planning on staying for lunch, make sure to phone (435) 649-7261 by 9:30 AM to make your lunch reservation.
