Supporting Seniors for the Holiday Season

Summit County is sending their Health Department Representative, Betty Morin, to our facility both in November and again in December to assist our members during this stressful time of year. Betty’s focus is in substance abuse prevention and her motto is ,”meditate before you medicate”. She has a toolkit full of coping skills, information regarding opioids and the proper ways to dispose of them, as well as useful meditation and light movement.

She’ll give a short presentation during her November visit, share helpful material with our members and even bring some small gifts during her December visit!
