Summit County Vaccine Clinic

It’s time for the Summit County Health Department’s annual Vaccine Clinic at the Park City Senior Center. Join us on one of the following two dates to receive your flu and/or Covid-19 shots:
- Tuesday, October 21 from 11 AM to 1 PM
- Thursday, October 23 from 11 AM to 1 PM
- Both flu and Covid-19 shots will be available without needing a doctor’s prescription.
- Attendees will be invited to pre-register for the clinic leading up to October 21st. Pre-registration is not required but is encouraged.
- Please wear a comfortable shirt that allows for easy access to your shoulders.
- Please bring your insurance card to the clinic.
- If you do not have insurance, you will be able to receive the flu vaccine. Covid-19 shots may or may not be available for the uninsured
