Senior Book Club

This month, we’re reading The Art Thief by Michael Finkel. We currently have 20 copies available for members to borrow, and Trason has 15 of these copies at his desk to share. When you finish reading a copy, please return it to Trason, so others have a chance to read it before our next meeting.

To keep things organized, Trason will be storing the books at his desk and limiting access to book club members only. You now DO NOT need to sign any liability forms to borrow a book. If one gets lost or damaged, the Senior Center will cover the replacement cost.

A Few Important Reminders:

• Please do not return borrowed book club copies to the library.
• Books should be returned in one of the following ways:
  • Directly to Trason at the Senior Center during open hours
  • To Rylee when she’s at the Senior Center for her monthly Talk & Tech sessions
  • To Rylee at our next meeting on October 23 at 1:45 PM

• Starting October 23: The Lincoln Highway by Amor Towles
• Starting November 20: Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer

Please come to the meeting on October 23 at 1:45 PM ready to discuss The Art Thief and return any borrowed copies if you haven’t already. I’ll also be bringing copies of The Lincoln Highway for everyone to take home.
