Flu and Covid Vaccine Clinic

On Monday, October 19th from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, the Summit County Health Department will return to the Park City Senior Center to provide flu and Covid-19 vaccines on-site. Walk-ins will be welcome, but seniors are encouraged to sign up ahead of time as the vaccine clinic approaches. Please bring your insurance or Medicare card.
Details
- Both flu and Covid-19 shots will be available without needing a doctor’s prescription.
- Attendees will be invited to pre-register for the clinic leading up to October 19th. Pre-registration is not required but is encouraged.
- Please wear a comfortable shirt that allows for easy access to your shoulders.
- Please do not attend if you are not feeling well.
- Please bring your insurance or Medicare card to the clinic.
- If you do not have insurance, you will be able to receive both vaccines.
