Exercise Class

Join Susan Lamere every Monday for Senior Exercise class. This is a gentle exercise class, specifically geared for Seniors. Many exercise can be completed sitting in a chair. This class is presented in conjunction with PC MARC. There is a $3 fee ($2.50 for 10-punch card) that is paid directly to the instructor before class. No signup is necessary, just show up.
