Defying Gravity Fall Prevention Class

The Park City Senior Center is proud to once again partner with the Park City Hospital and Intermountain Health for a special fall prevention lesson led by Park City Hospital Trauma Program Manager, Katie Rose Smith. Join us at the Park City Senior Center at 1:30 PM on Monday, February 2nd for this free class.

About Defying Gravity
Defying Gravity is a 90-minute class taught by fall prevention experts. More than 1 in 4 Americans age 65 and older fall each year. This class is designed to meet that need with a power-packed, fun, and interactive agenda. This class focuses on the importance of talking about falls, identifying fall risks, and provides tools that help to prevent falls.
