DESCRIPTION:Join Brad Lester every Thursday for Tai Chi. This is a gentle exercise class\, specifically geared for Seniors. Many exercise can be completed sitting in a chair. This class is presented in conjunction with PC MARC. There is a $3 fee ($2.50 for 10-punch card) that is paid directly to the instructor before class. No signup is necessary\, just show up.
