DESCRIPTION:Lunch at the Refectory\nOur Seniors requested this event and we answered by making reservations at this  beautiful Wanship\, Utah location.  If you would like to join us\, our shuttle is full but we have members who are carpooling or driving and meeting us at the venue for an 11:30am lunch. Meals are $25 and higher\, and Seniors are responsible for their own payment. SUMMARY:Summer Picnic in the Park
DESCRIPTION:The Senior Center is open in the morning for Exercise Class\, then will continue in City Park for our Annual Picnic.  We have invited Summit County and Park City Municipal as our guests.  Lawn games begin at Noon.  Lunch will be served at 1:00 PM in the Gazebo area of City Park. \nToday there will be no individual costs for lunch for our members\, as the Park City Senior Citizens will pay for lunch for our members.  Because this is a special event\, the picnic is Members Only.  If you would like to attend the picnic\, please join or renew your membership BEFORE September 16.  New memberships will not be accepted at the Picnic. \nThere will be door prizes as well\, at the end of lunch \nPlease sign up in advance at the Senior Center\, call 435-649-7621 or email us at programs@parkcityseniors.org to reserve your lunch.

DESCRIPTION:Join our Park City Senior member\, Nikki\, who also teaches at the MARC\, as she takes you through the motions of self defense. This class will use a manikin to hit and punch\, but light pressure will be used at first. Gradually\, our students will acquire new moves and strength. \nCheck out this new option as a drop-in class every Tuesday and see if you enjoy the change.
