DESCRIPTION:Join our Park City Senior member\, Nikki\, who also teaches at the MARC\, as she takes you through the motions of self defense. This class will use a manikin to hit and punch\, but light pressure will be used at first. Gradually\, our students will acquire new moves and strength. \nCheck out this new option as a drop-in class every Tuesday and see if you enjoy the change. Classes will be $3 each\, or purchase a discounted punch card.

This activity is free but a lunch from Subway will be provided \nOur shuttle will depart from the Senior Center at 10:15am\, and also pick members up at the Quinn’s Dog Park at 10:30am. You will need to sign up for this event at the Center and pay Kelly your money for lunch.
