DESCRIPTION:Join Susan Lamere every Monday for Senior Exercise class. This is a gentle exercise class\, specifically geared for Seniors. Many exercise can be completed sitting in a chair. This class is presented in conjunction with PC MARC. There is a $3 fee ($2.50 for 10-punch card) that is paid directly to the instructor before class. No signup is necessary\, just show up. If you are also planning on staying for lunch\, make sure to phone (435) 649-7261 by 5:00PM the day before to make your lunch reservation.

DESCRIPTION:Join us on an auto tour covering the historic trails that cross through our Summit county. We’ll leave our Park City Senior Center at 10:00am\, also arranging to collect members at the Quinn’s Junction Dog Park parking lot Our trip will take us over to Henefer\, where we will start our journey following the Hasting’s Cutoff. This area includes the Mormon Pioneer Trail\, the California Trail\, the Donner Reed Party and some of the Pony Express. There are monuments and informational history signs to mark our trip. \nThis activity is $14.00 for a boxed lunch and snacks. \nSign up for this activity at the Park City Senior Center\, or email programs@parkcityseniors.org to request a shuttle seat. \nRSVP by Thursday\, June 13th\, 2PM.

DESCRIPTION:Join our Park City Senior member\, Nikki\, who also teaches at the MARC\, as she takes you through the motions of self defense. This class will use a manikin to hit and punch\, but light pressure will be used at first. Gradually\, our students will acquire new moves and strength. \nCheck out this new option as a drop-in class every Tuesday and see if you enjoy the change.
