Join us for a fun day of shopping in Heber City at the St. Lawrence and Christian Center thrift stores \, as well as the Dollar Tree store. Lunch will be held at Kneader’s ($10-20)\, so bring extra money for both shopping and lunch. \n \nYou can catch the shuttle bus at the Senior Center at 10:00am\, or at the Quinn’s Dog Park car park at 10:15am. Please identify your choice of location when signing up at the Senior Center\, or upon contacting us at programs@parkcityseniors.org. \nThe shuttle will cost $3; paid to Kelly or Annette when signing up.

DESCRIPTION:Join Susan Lamere every Monday for Senior Exercise class. This is a gentle exercise class\, specifically geared for Seniors. Many exercise can be completed sitting in a chair. This class is presented in conjunction with PC MARC. There is a $3 fee ($2.50 for 10-punch card) that is paid directly to the instructor before class. No signup is necessary\, just show up. If you are also planning on staying for lunch\, make sure to phone (435) 649-7261 by 9:30 AM to make your lunch reservation.

She is a singer\, songwriter and customizes her music with vintage jazz\, acoustic folk and more. We are very excited to welcome her at the Senior Center.
