Betty’s focus is in substance abuse prevention and her motto is \,”meditate before you medicate”. She has a toolkit full of coping skills\, information regarding opioids and the proper ways to dispose of them\, as well as useful meditation and light movement. \nVisit with Betty at her table and gather useful material\, discuss appropriate coping skills and even pick up a small gift for the holidays!
