Betty’s focus is in substance abuse prevention and her motto is \,”meditate before you medicate”. She has a toolkit full of coping skills\, information regarding opioids and the proper ways to dispose of them\, as well as useful meditation and light movement. \nShe’ll give a short presentation during her November visit\, share helpful material with our members and even bring some small gifts during her December visit!
